Regional Working Group Communities

The Regional Working Group was formed to focus on issues that cross municipal boundaries. The RWG was conceived as having two primary functions, to:1. advocate for regional transportation improvements in a coordinated
fashion (i.e., the Route 128 Transportation Improvement Project); and2. address issues that require inter-jurisdictional approaches, such as protecting regional water supplies.The RWG, through the NVCC, created the Economic Development Department to take action on specific projects.
