Recent Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies

The Neponset Valley Chamber of Commerce conducted a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on March 12, 2010 to celebrate the Grand Opening of Yard House restaurant at Legacy Place in Dedham, MA. Members of the NVCC Ambassadors Group and Yard House management staff participated in the ceremony.

Yard House, an award-winning, Southern California-based restaurant known for its extensive menu of American fusion fare, contemporary playlist of music and one of the world's largest selections of draft beer, made its northeast debut at Legacy Place in Dedham. The menu of American Fusion cuisine includes an impressive selection of appetizers, salads, pastas, sandwiches, individual-size pizzas, seafood, steaks and ribs. NVCC Celebrates Ribbon Cutting at McDonald's Restaurant, Rt. 1N, Norwood
The Neponset Valley Chamber of Commerce recently conducted a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to celebrate the grand re-opening of McDonald's Restaurant, located at 1600 Providence Highway, in Norwood, MA. The gala event was also a celebration of the 25th Anniversary as McDonald's owners and operators for Paula and Don Wright. Assisting in the ceremony (left to right): Bill Plasko (Norwood Selectman and Chairman); Sue McQuaid (NVCC President/CEO); John Carroll (Norwood Town Manager); Brian McGillicuddy (NVCC Director of Membership); Don Wright (McDonald's owner/operator); Ronald McDonald, and Paula Wright (McDonald's owner/operator).

Owners Paula and Don Wright made a generous donation to the Norwood Manager's Gift of Warmth Fund, which enables Norwood residents to afford heat for their homes. A monetary donation, as well as a van, was also made to the Vid Ativa Center to help victims of domestic violence in the Cape Verde Islands, which is home to many of their employees and Don's grandparents.

The Neponset Valley Chamber of Commerce recently conducted a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of CPR World Inc. located at 354 Turnpike Street, Room 101, in Canton, MA. CHAMBER HOLDS RIBBON CUTTING FOR MEMBER

Members of the Neponset Valley Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors group and guests attended a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at The Healing Moon Wellness Center to celebrate the Grand Opening of their new location at 1 Walpole Street, in Norwood. The Healing Moon Wellness Center is comprised of more than ten gifted healing practitioners and instructors. The center offers a variety of modalities including Reiki, massage, adolescent psychology, guided meditation, hypnotherapy, crystal healings, flower essences, crystal bowl healings, private yoga and more.
