President's Message

Welcome to the Neponset Valley Chamber of Commerce! The Chamber was established in 1894 and has continued to evolve since that time. We are proud of the rich history of the Chamber and its ability to continuously support the business climate of our 13-town region. If you are already a member, thank you for your participation; in you have not yet joined, please investigate all aspects of this website to learn about the many ways in which we are involved with business development, workforce development, economic development, and your personal development. The members of this Chamber are enthusiastic, engaging, generous, welcoming and abundantly talented. They are the Chamber! We hope you will join us as we move forward in the year ahead.

The Chamber's mission is three-fold. First, to work tirelessly to ensure that the Neponset Valley region continues to grow and flourish as a business community; second, to connect the business community to the municipalities and educational facilities in our region to create a continuing stream of leaders and third, to be an advocate for this region's economic development at the local and state level, particularly in the area of transportation.

Vital to the Chamber's continued success is the strength in numbers that make and keep it a strong business force for our region. And in return, it endeavors to provide value to its members, large and small, by its breadth of programming, its committees and alliances, the multitude of networking opportunities as well as being a resource to businesses of all sizes. Branding the Neponset Valley as an attractive and welcoming area for economic growth is a fundamental goal for the coming year, while building upon the vitality of our Chamber and the vision of our members will be ongoing. We will forge in new directions while strengthening the connections that have made us one of the preeminent chambers in the state. It is a pleasure to celebrate the Neponset Valley - it is rich in resources important for attracting business and we look forward to working with you, and for you, in the year ahead.
