Dear Members,

In an effort to continue our current networking offerings and to strengthen and streamline procedures at the Chamber, the following policies will take effect as of February 1, 2008.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation and are available to answer any questions.

As regards Business After Hours (BAH):

  1. When a member brings a prospect for Chamber membership to a BAH, both will continue to attend free of charge, however a prospect may only attend one BAH free.

  2. No invoices will be issued for BAHs – all payments will take place at the door.

As Regards Morning and Noon Networkings:

  1. When a member brings a prospective new member, the member will pay for their own meal, but the guest will be free. A guest may only attend one morning or noon Networking event free.  Members will be limited to one free guest at a time – if for some reason, you wish
    to bring more than one free guest, please contact the office prior to the event.

  2. All members are asked to pay for morning and noon events at the door. No invoices will be sent after the event. If an invoice is needed, please contact the office prior to the event and one will be prepared for you.

As regards Chamber Dollars:

This is a reminder that if a member refers a new member or brings a guest to an event and that guest decides to join the Chamber, you will receive a 25 Chamber Dollars Certificate. Chamber Dollars may be used at Chamber member businesses (the certificate holder pays the entire bill, the merchant signs the certificate and then the certificate and receipt from the business are given to the Chamber and the Chamber reimburses the certificate holder). Chamber Dollars may also be used towards Chamber dues or Chamber events.

We appreciate your adherence to these policies. The Chamber values your membership and hopes to continue to offer programs of high quality which meet your needs and promote business within the Neponset Valley.
