The Flavors of Neponset Valley Gala is an elegant food and beverage tasting event staffed by the area’s finest restaurants, caterers, vineyards, boutique beers, spirits, confectioners, and more.  Tasting booths will be open from 5:30PM-9:00PM. Exhibitors will provide samples for tasting, either food or beverage, and listen to great music provided by the DredSox.

Exhibitor Entry Fee: NVCC Members: $25 Exhibitor Fee and $50 auction item (such as a gift certificate). Non-members: $25 exhibitor fee and $100 auction donation. Exhibitor fee covers Foxboro Board of Health one-day permit ($100 yearly permit available) and handling fees. FBoH deadline is February 15, 2011. A late fee may be imposed by them after this date.

Beverage Distributors may have multiple vendors under one umbrella permit. Food Service must provide a copy of ServSafe Certificate.

Upon receipt of your registration form, I will email, fax, or mail you the Foxboro Board of Health One Day Temp. Mobile Permit Application, and any other applicable forms required by Foxboro BoH.
