Note: FBoH requires that all exhibitors complete their Flavors application and submit to NVCC along with Exhibitor Registration form.. Beverage Distributors may have multiple vendors under one umbrella permit. Food Service must provide a copy of ServSafe Certificate. Please submit all paperwork to Kathleen Sebring (fax 781-769-0808 or email ), or mail to the Neponset Valley Chamber of Commerce, 190 Vanderbilt Avenue, Norwood, MA. 02062. If you have any questions, please contact Kathleen. (Do NOT contact the Foxboro Board of Health).

Exhibitor Entry Fee: NVCC Members: $25 Exhibitor Fee and $50 auction item (such as a gift certificate). Non-members: $25 exhibitor fee and $100 auction donation. Exhibitor fee covers Foxboro Board of Health one-day permit ($50 yearly permit available) and handling fees. FBoH deadline is February 18, 2010. A late fee may be imposed by them after this date.
