Business Resource Council (BRC)

Coordinates and supports several NVCC Member services, including:
• Business Exchange – a forum for small business owners to act as each others’ “board of advisors”
• Referral Exchange Networks (REN) – exclusive, non-compete forums for sharing and passing referrals

Communications Committee
Chair: Search underway
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Communications Plan for NVCC
• Oversee www.NVCC.com and all publications
• Increase NVCC visibility in all media

Economic Development Committee
• Focus on transportation issues (local and regional), downtown development and improvements to the overall business climate.
• Support the Regional Working Group (RWG - combines public and private funding to promote regional transportation improvements)
• Manage the Route 128 Add-a-Lane Business Coalition (128/ABC) the focus of which is “Sooner is Better”
• With the City of Attleboro, coordinate the I95 South Corridor Partnership (95SCOPE) and the Interstate 95 South Corridor Study.
